Dr KK Aggarwal is a Senior Consultant Physician and Cardiologist. He is Immediate National Past
									President India Medical Association (IMA).
									Dr Aggarwal did his MBBS from Nagpur University in 1979 and obtained an MD from the same university
									in 1983. He is the senior consultant at Moolchand Medcity, New Delhi, India.
									
									He is the Founder Trustee and President of Heart Care Foundation of India.
									Dr Aggarwal has published many books on health including Alloveda, 6 textbook chapters on
									echocardiography and several articles in national and international press. He is one of the pioneers of
									streptokinase therapy for heart attack in India and introduced the technique of Colour Doppler
									Echocardiography in India.
									Dr Aggarwal has been honored with the Dr BC Roy Award, the highest Indian award in the medical
									category, in 2005. He is also a recipient of Vishwa Hindi Samman, National Science Communication
									Award, FICCI Health Care Personality of the Year Award, Dr DS Mungekar National IMA Award, and the
									Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award.
									The Government of India honored him, in 2010, with the award of Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian
									award, for his contributions to the field of medicine.
